Target Tours India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading luxury travel company headquartered in New Delhi, operating since 1993. We specialise in outbound and inbound travel, MICE, corporate travel, group bookings, and visa services. We are part of Target Group and work with a passionate, close-knit team of travel professionals.
We are now hiring an HR Manager to own and build our people operations from the ground up.
What You Will Do
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs
- Maintain a talent pipeline for travel, operations, and support roles
Shift Roster & Attendance
- Prepare and manage monthly shift rosters across departments
- Track attendance, manage shift swaps, and maintain timesheets
Leave Management
- Design and implement the company Leave Policy
- Maintain leave tracker and ensure real-time team availability visibility
- Handle leave encashment and year-end balance calculations
Payroll & Salary Administration
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, adjustments, advances, incentives)
- Coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursement
- Maintain salary records, increment letters, and revision history
- Basic statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Professional Tax
HR Policies & Compliance
- Draft and implement all core HR policies:
- Code of Conduct
- Leave & Holiday Calendar
- Work-from-Home / Hybrid Policy
- Grievance Redressal & Anti-Harassment Policy
- Performance Appraisal Framework
- Travel & Expense Reimbursement Policy
Documentation & Records
- Maintain employee files, KYC, appointment/relieving/experience letters
- Track probations, confirmations, and exit formalities (F&F, notice periods)
Employee Engagement
- Drive team engagement, recognition initiatives, and a positive workplace culture
- Act as first point of contact for all employee queries and concerns
What We Are Looking For
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR Management or MBA (HR preferred)
- 3–7 years of HR experience
- Prior experience in Travel, Hospitality, or Aviation is a strong advantage
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF/ESI basics
- Strong drafting skills — policies, letters, communications
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- High discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude
Work Arrangement
This role is available as:
- Full-Time — 6-day week, office-based
- Part-Time / Retainer — Fixed office days per week (negotiable), remote on other days
