About the Role: This is not a routine HR role. Ashana Enterprises is looking for a serious, driven and detail-oriented HR Executive who will take full ownership of establishing the HR function within the organization. You will be working directly with leadership to build policies, systems and processes that will define how the company manages and grows its people.
This role demands someone who understands the weight of the responsibility- the decisions you make here will directly impact 300 employees and the future direction of the organization.
Compensation
CTC: ₹30K – ₹40k (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Record Management:
- Own and maintain all employee records, attendance, leave and payroll data on Excel
- Build and manage HR trackers, MIS sheets and reporting formats
- Ensure all HR documentation is accurate, updated and organized at all times
- Prepare monthly HR reports and share insights with leadership
- Track probation periods, contract renewals and employment status updates
Policy & Process Building:
- Help draft and implement HR policies covering attendance, leave, code of conduct, performance and grievance handling
- Document the organizational structure across Sales and Accounting teams
- Develop SOPs and process documents to bring consistency to daily HR operations
- Periodically review and update policies as the organization grows
- Ensure all employees are aware of and aligned with company policies
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end hiring across Sales and Accounting functions
- Maintain structured hiring trackers and candidate pipelines on Excel
- Coordinate interviews, follow ups and offer rollouts
- Design and run onboarding and induction programs for new joiners
- Ensure every new employee has a smooth and professional joining experience
Employee Management
- Be the primary HR point of contact for the team
- Address employee queries, manage grievances professionally and escalate where necessary.
- Keep employee databases, attendance sheets and performance records consistently updated
- Support managers in handling team-level people issues
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor absenteeism and attrition trends and flag concerns to leadership
Who We’re Looking For
- 6 months – 1 year of HR experience
- Strong hands-on Excel skills -This is non-negotiable; you must be comfortable building and managing sheets, trackers and reports
- Must be residing in Gurgaon or nearby areas - this is a full-time in-office role with no remote working option
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Good communication and people skills - you will be dealing with employees across levels daily
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once
- Basic awareness of HRMS tools is a bonus but not required
