We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR manager to lead and manage all human resource functions for our IT product distribution business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth by attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across sales, operations, logistics, technical support, and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and support organizational development initiatives.
- Drive HR policies, processes, and best practices across the organization.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical Support, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Corporate functions.
- Develop talent pipelines to support business expansion and workforce demands.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, high-performance work culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer service excellence.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns effectively.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
Performance Management & Learning Development
- Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
- Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary administration.
- Support annual appraisal and compensation review cycles.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data accurately.
- Monitor HR metrics including attrition, absenteeism, recruitment effectiveness, and employee productivity.
Organizational Development & Culture
- Drive initiatives that strengthen company values, employee satisfaction, and organizational culture.
- Support change management initiatives during business expansion, restructuring, or process improvements.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting sales-driven and operations-focused organizations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Experience in IT Distribution, Technology, Electronics, FMCG Distribution, or Supply Chain industries.
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
