Job Profile: Real Estate Executive
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Executive to manage property sales, client relationships, and site visits while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to residential/commercial properties
Conduct property site visits and explain project details to clients
Generate leads through calls, references, and digital platforms
Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for client follow-ups
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases
Assist clients with documentation and booking procedures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of real estate market and sales process
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and social media platforms
Ability to handle clients professionally
