Job Title: Spray Painter
Job Description:
- Perform spray painting operations on vacuum elevator components and related assemblies using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and ensuring proper surface treatment before coating
- Mix and match paints, primers, and coatings as per specifications to achieve required finish and quality standards
- Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment while maintaining consistency in thickness, texture, and finish
- Inspect painted surfaces and carry out touch-ups or rework as needed to meet quality requirements
- Assist in post-paint activities such as drying, curing, polishing, and finishing
- Maintain and clean spray equipment, tools, and painting booths to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of paints, thinners, and chemicals
- Support material handling activities such as moving components for painting and storing finished goods
- Coordinate with production, welding, and assembly teams to ensure timely completion of painting tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the painting area in line with workplace standards
- Adhere to all quality, safety, and operational guidelines within the facility
Qualifications: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
Compensation:
Salary starting from INR 22,000 to INR 25,000 depending on candidates experience and company policy.
