Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PET Bottle Blowing Machine Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing PET bottle blowing machines to ensure smooth production, high efficiency, and consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate PET bottle blowing machines efficiently and safely
- Perform machine setup, mould changing, and parameter adjustments
- Monitor production quality and ensure bottles meet required standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance
- Reduce downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE)
- Maintain daily production, rejection, and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
- Coordinate with production planning, maintenance, and quality teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process
Required Knowledge & Manufacturing Experience
- Strong understanding of PET bottle manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience in blow moulding production environments
- Knowledge of manufacturing workflow, production planning, and line balancing
- Experience working in high-volume manufacturing settings
- Understanding of raw material handling (PET preforms) and finished goods inspection
- Familiarity with quality control standards and defect analysis
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and waste reduction principles
- Ability to identify production bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
- Experience in maintaining production efficiency and minimizing rejection rates
Qualifications
- Diploma/Technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum [2–5] years of experience in PET bottle manufacturing
- Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and electrical diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month(based on experience)
Benefits : PF, ESIC, TA, Increment(2 - 15%) based on performance.
