Furniture industry experience is must
- Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor.
- Monitor workflow and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
- Supervise carpenters, fabricators, polishers, upholsterers, assemblers, and helpers.
- Monitor product quality and minimize defects, damages, and rework.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Coordinate with store, quality, and production planning teams.
- Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards on the shop floor.
- Monitor attendance and manpower allocation for daily operations.
- Track production progress and prepare daily production reports.
- Resolve operational and production-related issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to production processes and company SOPs.
- Support management in improving productivity and operational efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
