Job Description:
Team Back Office is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships across our service verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and meetings
- Promote company services including ERP solutions, Digital Marketing, Web & App Development, and Business Support Services
- Handle client enquiries, requirement gathering, and proposal coordination
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT or service industry preferred)
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of IT services / digital marketing is an advantage
