Job Summary
The Commercial Sales Executive is responsible for managing customer orders, preparing and closing sales cards, maintaining commercial records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales transactions. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and sales transactions accurately.
- Prepare, verify, and close sales cards in JJ Tech or the company's ERP system.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
- Verify pricing, quantities, customer details, and billing information before processing.
- Monitor pending sales orders and ensure timely closure.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly commercial and sales reports.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, invoices, and dispatches.
- Ensure compliance with company commercial policies and procedures.
- Support the Commercial Manager with sales coordination and reporting activities.
Required Skills
- Experience using JJ Tech or similar ERP/commercial software.
- Strong knowledge of commercial documentation and sales processes.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports, data management).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in commercial sales, sales coordination, or commercial operations.
- Hands-on experience with JJ Tech or similar ERP/commercial management software is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Graduates with experience in commercial operations, sales coordination, or poultry-related businesses will be preferred.
Qualification
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
