Job Profile
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to manage key human resource functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations and policy implementation. The role requires a people-oriented professional capable of supporting organizational growth, fostering a positive work culture and efficiently handling HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, processes, and best practices to support business scalability
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and fairness
- Oversee onboarding, induction programs, and smooth exit processes
- Drive annual performance management cycles, goal-setting, and development plans
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and team-building
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, culture-building events
- Maintain accurate HR records, generate insightful reports, and leverage data for decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Min 2+ years in an HR
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate sensitive issues with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
