Key Responsibilities:
-Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
-Conduct joining formalities and documentation.
-Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
-Process employee exits, clearances, and full & final settlements.
-Maintain employee files and records.
-Issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
-Update and manage employee data in ERP systems.
-Monitor employee attendance and shift schedules.
-Manage leave applications and leave balances.
-Coordinate with payroll teams for salary processing.
-Upport PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances.
-Handle employee registrations and documentation related to compliance.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-5-10 Years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Administration roles.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
