Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Office Administrator to manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in office administration, excellent organizational abilities, and strong communication skills to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Prepare business correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain management calendars.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support operational activities.
- Handle client communications, emails, and telephone inquiries professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Support management with administrative planning and operational coordination.
- Perform additional administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- MBA in Administration or an equivalent specialization from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1–1.5 years of relevant experience in Office Administration, Administration & Operations, or a similar role.
- Candidates with experience outside the administration field will not be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹15,646.96 - ₹20,491.60 per month
