Program Manager
We are a fast-growing technology startup driven by a passionate team of hardware, software, embedded systems, AI, and drone engineers. As we expand our product portfolio and global customer base, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects, strengthen business operations, and ensure successful product delivery from concept to commercialization.
The Program Manager will serve as the bridge between engineering, management, customers, and business stakeholders, ensuring that technical execution aligns with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technology programs simultaneously from planning through deployment.
- Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with Hardware, Embedded, Software, Mechanical, AI, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Drive execution while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Work closely with senior management to define product roadmaps and business priorities.
- Manage customer communication, requirement gathering, project updates, and delivery commitments.
- Improve internal processes, documentation, reporting systems, and project management workflows.
- Track KPIs, team productivity, budgets, procurement, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to support proposals, customer meetings, and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and technology partners.
- Mentor project teams and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
