Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Bing, and other platforms.
- Optimize ad campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct deep audience and competitor research to craft effective targeting and messaging strategies.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling ad creatives.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies for landing pages and ad creatives.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize results across campaigns.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and digital advertising trends.
