The candidate should be able to first understand the customer's business, target audience, and online presence, and then identify gaps or weaknesses in their website, Google visibility, SEO, and overall digital presence.
Your role will be to communicate these findings to the business owner in a simple and professional manner, explain where they may be losing potential online customers, and create interest in our digital solutions.
This is not just a traditional cold-calling role. You will act as the first point of consultation, helping business owners understand their online weaknesses and how improving their digital presence can help them generate more enquiries and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with business owners through outbound calls and generate qualified requirements.
- Understand the customer's business, products/services, target customers, and market.
- Research and identify weaknesses in the customer's:
- Website
- Google Business Profile / Google presence
- SEO visibility
- Online customer journey
- Overall digital presence
- Explain to customers how these weaknesses may be causing them to miss potential online customers and enquiries.
- Present Coders Technologies' services as a solution based on the customer's actual business requirements.
- Generate interest and qualify potential customers before forwarding the opportunity to the sales/technical team.
- Follow up with interested business owners and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and consultations with qualified prospects.
- Maintain proper records of calls, requirements, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.

We are looking for someone who is confident, curious, observant, and good at communication—someone who can speak with a business owner, understand their business, identify a problem, and clearly explain the business opportunity behind solving it.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
