Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Admin / Operations Executive who can handle all kinds of technical implementations, system integrations, and backend operational support for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical integrations with marketplaces (Myntra, etc.)
- Handle API integrations and platform connectivity
- Coordinate with software vendors and tech partners
- Manage website and server-related work
- Handle warehouse system setup and technical operations
- Support automation tools and ERP / OMS systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions
- Maintain operational data and system accuracy
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or ERP/OMS tools
- Good understanding of technical operations
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce or fashion industry
- Knowledge of Shopify / OMS / warehouse systems
