- Receive incoming telephone calls and direct it to the appropriate person
- Provide answers to public enquiry or customer enquiry
- Perform data entry, filing and other clerical duties
- Generate Job orders, Quotations and Billings
- Arrange for courier services and mailing
- Generate Purchase Order to supplier
- Receive and verify goods are in order
- Provide software maintenance renewal services
