The Boarding Nurse as well as the Boarding Parent play a vital dual role in ensuring the health, safety, and overall well-being of students within the boarding community. This position combines clinical care with pastoral support, creating a nurturing, structured, and secure environment where students can thrive.
As Boarding Nurse, responsibilities include managing the school infirmary, providing first aid and primary healthcare, administering medications, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with parents, staff, and external healthcare providers. The role also involves promoting health education, hygiene practices, and preventive care among students.
As Boarding Parent, the role extends to overseeing students’ daily routines from wake-up to lights-out, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and personal development. This includes supervising meals, study time, and activities, supporting students’ emotional and social well-being, and fostering a positive, respectful boarding culture.
The position requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to respond effectively to both medical and pastoral needs, contributing to a safe, caring, and well-managed residential environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
