Global Infra is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with contractors and labor teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Execute work according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain site records and prepare progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities effectively.
