Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise Sales & Expansion
- Identify and qualify prospective franchise investors.
- Generate leads through exhibitions, digital campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct franchise presentations and business opportunity meetings.
- Explain the JoozATM business model, investment, ROI, and operational requirements.
- Convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.
2. Business Development
- Develop expansion strategies for Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
- Build relationships with entrepreneurs, distributors, retail groups, and investors.
- Create partnerships with malls, airports, hospitals, IT parks, colleges, and commercial spaces.
- Identify high-footfall locations suitable for vending machines.
3. Franchise Evaluation
- Assess financial capability of franchise applicants.
- Evaluate business experience and commitment.
- Conduct location feasibility studies.
- Prepare business case and investment analysis.
4. Deal Closure
- Negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate franchise agreement execution.
- Ensure documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams.
5. Launch Coordination
- Work with operations for installation planning.
- Coordinate training schedules.
- Ensure smooth machine commissioning.
- Monitor first 90 days of franchise performance.
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors.
- Analyze vending industry trends.
- Collect customer feedback.
- Recommend improvements to franchise offerings.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
