We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel booking systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
