Job Summary :-
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, executing strategic marketing initiatives, managing partnerships, and leading the business development team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Drive business growth through strategic marketing and outreach activities.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the clinic's services and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market surveys and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, referral partners, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the clinic's presence in the local market.
- Establish and manage business tie-ups and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Marketing team to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of marketing and business development initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend effective business strategies.
- Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and promotional activities.
Requirements : -
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, in health care field.
- Graduation/MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketing, business development, and market research.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and business partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve business growth targets.
