Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for our growing fintech and microfinance business. The role primarily focuses on high-volume hiring of Field Officers across multiple locations while supporting recruitment for back-office and corporate functions. The ability to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Drive large-scale hiring of Field Officers, Relationship Officers, Collection Executives, and other business roles across multiple regions to support business expansion.
- Handle recruitment for corporate and support functions including Operations, Credit, Risk, Collections, Finance, HR, Product, Technology, Customer Support, and Administration.
- Partner with Business Heads, Regional Managers, Hiring Managers, and Department Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus drives, job fairs, social media, local networks, and field recruitment campaigns.
- Screen applications, conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews, and assess candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures and manage the offer rollout process.
- Maintain regular engagement with selected candidates to ensure maximum joining conversion.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for recurring and business-critical positions.
- Track recruitment metrics including hiring targets, time-to-fill, offer acceptance ratio, joining ratio, source effectiveness, and early attrition.
- Prepare and share recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring status reports with management.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, documentation standards, and internal compliance requirements.
- Continuously identify innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring quality, reduce turnaround time, and optimize recruitment costs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience in FinTech, Microfinance, NBFC, Banking, Agri-Finance, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in high-volume field hiring across multiple locations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
