Responsible for quality planning. Inspection of all Receiving, in process and finished products. Sample part inspection. Control of Non-conformance product; process validation. Calibration plan, Calibration of Inspection / Testing equipment's. Conformity of the instrument. Supplier Product quality & corrective action. In house rejection & Corrective action. Rejection Analysis (Supplier / in-house/Customer PPM). Identification, storage, preservation and packaging of Inspected equipment's. Updating & recording the Non-conformance related to MMR. Preparing purchase request for Inspection equipment's. Identification of Materials at all stages. Ensure that inspection records are maintained and reports are generated.
