Full-Time Tutor & Sales Associate Company: Padhai practice Location: On-field & Off-field Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Padhai Practice is looking for passionate and energetic individuals who can teach students while also helping grow our education platform. This is a hybrid role combining academics and sales. Responsibilities - Teach Class 9 & Class 10 (CBSE) students. - Create high-quality DPPs (Daily Practice Problems). - Create chapter-wise tests, mock tests, and practice papers. - Conduct online/offline doubt-solving sessions. - Visit schools, coaching institutes, and local areas to promote Padhai Practice. - Meet students and parents to explain our courses and convert leads into enrollments. - Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups. - Achieve monthly admission and sales targets. - Collect student feedback and support the academic team. Requirements - Strong knowledge of Class 9 & 10 CBSE subjects. - Excellent communication and convincing skills. - Comfortable with both field sales and office/online work. - Ability to create educational content, DPPs, and tests. - Basic computer and smartphone skills. - Prior teaching or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
