We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical & Machine Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of machines, minimize downtime, and maintain safety standards.
Job Details
Location: Vanagaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Role Snapshot (Maintenance & Operations)
- Perform routine electrical and mechanical maintenance of machines
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, wiring, panels, and control systems
- Ensure smooth operation of production machinery with minimal downtime
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines
- Inspect equipment regularly and identify potential issues
- Maintain and update maintenance logs and service records
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines
- Coordinate with production team to ensure uninterrupted workflow
- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and spare parts
- Follow safety procedures and electrical standards at all times
Profile We Seek
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
Experience: 0–10 years in machine maintenance or electrical maintenance (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply)
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and panels
- Understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and machine manuals
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
- Problem-solving and quick response to breakdowns
- Basic knowledge of PLC (added advantage)
- Strong attention to safety and compliance
- Ability to work in shifts if required
