Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and databases.
- Conduct telephonic screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure candidate attendance.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding and joining.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and trackers.
- Build talent pools for high-volume hiring projects.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per client requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in bulk hiring/mass recruitment is mandatory.
- Experience in BPO, Non-IT, Sales, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Staffing recruitment preferred.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
