- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of business processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within critical business systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and system improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to document findings and provide clear updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
