Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Execute Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to improve organic reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions while maintaining timely engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with the design and digital marketing teams to create high-quality content.
- Support branding and promotional activities across multiple digital platforms.
Required Skills
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an interest in social media marketing and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or social media scheduling tools will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SMO, or SEO is preferred.
- Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
