We are seeking a proactive, ownership-driven HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end people operations while driving structured hiring during a rapid growth phase.
Role Overview
This is not a routine HR role.
You will be responsible for building and managing the complete HR lifecycle — from talent acquisition to onboarding, compliance, performance coordination, and administrative support — while working closely with leadership.
You will play a critical role in scaling the organization by hiring 20–45 key team members over the next 12 months.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, product, sales, and operations roles
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
- Screen CVs and conduct initial evaluation calls
- Assess technical alignment, cultural fit, communication ability, and compensation expectations
- Coordinate interviews and maintain structured candidate feedback
- Support offer negotiation and pre-joining engagement
2. People Operations
- Draft offer letters and employment contracts
- Design structured onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance
- Track attendance, leave management, and employee documentation
3. Performance & Culture Support
- Assist in defining KRAs and KPIs for new hires
- Coordinate performance review processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
4. Administrative Support
- Coordinate office administration tasks
- Vendor coordination (if required)
- Support leadership in organizational structuring
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of HR experience in a startup or growth-stage company
- Strong exposure to recruitment across multiple functions
- Excellent communication and candidate evaluation skills
- Ability to work independently with high ownership
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring technical profiles (developers, engineers, SaaS roles)
- Exposure to HR policy creation or performance management systems
- Familiarity with compliance basics (PF, ESIC, payroll coordination)
