Job Summary
We are hiring a proactive Customer Care Executive to handle customer communication for vehicle servicing. The role involves calling customers for service reminders, booking appointments, and coordinating vehicle pickup and drop to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls for service due reminders and periodic maintenance.
- Convince customers to book service appointments at the workshop.
- Coordinate vehicle pickup & drop service as per customer convenience.
- Maintain daily calling data and update records in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with pending customers to maximize workshop inflow.
- Handle basic service-related queries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with service advisors and drivers for smooth operations.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools)
- Polite and customer-friendly attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecalling / customer care / automobile service
- Basic understanding of vehicle servicing
- Prior outbound calling experience is a plus
