Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance Executive with experience in purchase accounting, banking operations, and receivables management. The candidate will be responsible for managing vendor payments, customer collections, and overall fund flow in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle purchase accounting & vendor invoice processing
- Manage vendor payments, advances & reconciliation
- Perform banking transactions (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS) & Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Monitor cash flow and fund allocation
- Maintain records of payments received from customers
- Handle discount calculations and processing (schemes/trade discounts)
- Maintain customer ledgers and account statements
- Control outstanding receivables by coordinating with sales team
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and payment tracking reports
- Assist in audits and month-end closing
