Role Description - This is a full time, hybrid role for a Civil Engineer based in Noida, with a combination of on-site presence and office.
- Studies architectural and interior drawings.
- Prepares BOQ’s and cost estimates for banks and interior projects and have strong working skills in MS Excel.
- Measures quantities and rates of construction items.
- Prepares tender documents and evaluates quotations.
- Dimension Verification: Meticulously measure lengths, widths, and heights using tools like laser distance meters, tape measures.
- Coordinates with consultants and contractors.
- Verifies site work.
- Supervise daily construction activities and labour deployment.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
- Checks and certifies contractor bills.
- The company will provide the TA(Travelling Allowance) and travel expense bills.
- Outstation visits may be required 2–3 times a month for checking contractor bills and site measurements. TA and travel expenses will be covered by the company.
- If you use your personal vehicle, travelling expenses will be paid as per the applicable per-kilometre rate for bike travel.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
