Job Description:
Drafting and Designing: Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software based on project requirements, specifications, and details provided by clients.
· Convert hand-drawn sketches, PDFs, or other file formats into AutoCAD drawings, ensuring precision and maintaining the required standards.
· Develop detailed layout plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, Plumbing and construction details, considering the specific project requirements and design standards.
· Create detailed 3D models using AutoCAD based on architectural and design specifications. Apply advanced rendering techniques to bring 3D models to life with realistic textures, lighting, and effects.
· Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to understand design objectives, provide progress updates, and address any design-related queries or concerns.
· Must have knowledge of current Unified DCPR and PMRDA.
· Knowledge of UDCPR (Unified Development Control Planning Regulations) PMRDA – DCPR & NBC (National Buildings Code)
· Presentation skills.
· Must experience in all drawings Submission, Working, etc.
· Good Calculating Areas and formatting and presentations.
Pay: ₹11,734.28 - ₹53,169.72 per month
