We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall housekeeping operations of the hotel
- Supervise room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
- Ensure all rooms meet quality and cleanliness standards before guest check-in
- Train, schedule, and monitor housekeeping staff performance
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities
- Coordinate with Front Office & Maintenance departments
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
