Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Create and post job openings on portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Negotiate salary and issue offer letters.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies when required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and hiring processes.
- Good understanding of HR policies and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Experience in apparel, garment manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
