Job Responsibilities
- Manage ELV service, maintenance and troubleshooting activities at project sites.
- Supervise and coordinate service engineers, technicians and site teams.
- Handle CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA System, Networking and other ELV systems.
- Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
- Attend and resolve technical issues and service complaints within defined timelines.
- Monitor AMC/CMC service activities and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance reports and required documentation.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning and handover of ELV systems.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools and service requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company standards.
- Support the project and management team in technical and operational matters.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in ELV service and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and troubleshooting.
- Experience in team handling and client coordination.
- Good communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
