About the Role
We are looking for a smart, dynamic and energetic professional to join our team in a field-based sales and patient coordination role. The candidate will be responsible for developing new healthcare leads, building relationships with doctors and hospitals, following up with online enquiries and coordinating home healthcare services.
A candidate with healthcare industry experience and field sales exposure will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet doctors, hospital managers, nursing homes and healthcare professionals to generate new business leads.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources.
- Follow up with online leads and enquiries over phone and convert them into patients/customers.
- Visit patients and families at home when required to understand their requirements and coordinate services.
- Maintain accurate patient and lead data in Excel.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery of medical equipment/products to patients' homes.
- Track payments, pending collections and follow up with customers as required.
- Coordinate between patients, caregivers, vendors and the MHH team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports on leads, visits, conversions and pending follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline. Non Graduates with optimum skills can apply.
- 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred.
- Healthcare, hospital, medical equipment, pharma, home healthcare or related industry experience will be an advantage. However, other field candidate also can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, confident, presentable and comfortable meeting doctors and senior hospital personnel.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kolkata and nearby areas.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp, phone and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
