We are hiring for Customer Service Representative / CSR – Team Member for a leading US-based Telecommunications Process.
The role involves handling customer queries over the phone and identifying opportunities for upselling telecom products/services
US Telecom Process – Vikhroli, Mumbai
Shift: 24/7 rotational shift
Working Hours: Any 10 hours
Working Days: 5 days
Week Off: 2 rotational offs
Transport: Home Pick-up & Drop
Process: Customer Service + Upselling on Call
Eligibility
HSC / Graduate
Minimum 1 year of experience in an international BPO / customer service voice process
Excellent English Communication Skills
Strong customer handling and upselling skills
Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts
Salary will depend on communication skills, relevant experience and last drawn salary
Hike will be provided as per previous CTC and experience
Documents Mandatory
Recent 2 organizations – UAN/service history will be checked
