Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Piping, and Fire Protection models.
- Prepare, complete, and review all BIM project deliverables ensuring accuracy for MEP & F disciplines.
- Oversee, coordinate, and manage BIM projects and teams.
- Manage BIM processes including shared parameters, viewports, sheets, worksets, and best practices.
- Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage.
- Ensure correct standards, workflows, and naming conventions are consistently followed.
- Create Revit families, templates, and system parts.
- Work with shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Extract quantities and material take-offs using Revit.
- Prepare search sets and conduct clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
- Conduct daily/weekly global visual design reviews.
- Communicate effectively with BIM Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor design progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
- Drive continuous improvement through training for team members and self-development.
- Explore R&D-based opportunities to enhance company capabilities.
Key Competencies / Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and Collaboration for Revit.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong BIM knowledge and interest in prestigious Civil, Building, and MEP design projects.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
Qualification:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, preferably with relevant software certifications.
- Strong communication, decision-making, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
