About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and articulate International Sales Executive to join our growing software services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead qualification, high-volume outbound calling, and end-to-end sales closure targeting clients in Europe and the USA.
This role demands exceptional communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to consistently generate business through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to potential clients in Europe and the USA
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads for software development services
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Key Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills (spoken & written) — must be fluent and confident
- Proven experience in international sales / IT services / software sales
- Ability to make high-volume cold calls (100+ per day) consistently
- Strong understanding of software services (web, mobile, SaaS, custom development, etc.)
- Experience working with clients in US/Europe time zones
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
