Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day assigned tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate professionally with team members, clients, and candidates/customers as required.
- Manage emails, documents, data entry, and basic computer-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports and Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of tasks.
- Follow company processes and complete assigned work within timelines.
- Learn new tools, software, and processes as required.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at work.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and internet applications.
- Good typing and data-handling skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience can also apply.
