We're an early-stage startup building developer first AI voice agents platform that help businesses talk to their customers at scale — making and handling calls with AI that actually sounds human, so teams stop drowning in repetitive conversations and start closing, supporting, and following up faster. We're small, we're moving fast, and the product is just landing in the hands of real users. That's the exciting part: there's everything still to build, and you'd be building it with us.
Why we're hiring
We need someone to own how telenow.ai grows. Not a cog in a big sales machine — there isn't one yet. You'd be the person who builds it. You'll take the lead on both sales and marketing: finding the people who need us, showing them what we can do, and turning early interest into paying, happy customers. What you'll actually do
- Prospect and reach out to clients — figure out who needs telenow.ai, get in front of them, and start conversations that go somewhere.
- Run demos that land — know the product cold and show its value live, so people walk away thinking "I need this."
- Be the bridge between users and us — listen to their problems, solve what you can on the spot, and carry the rest back so we make the product better.
- Lead and mentor our interns — set the pace, hand off the right work, and grow a small team that punches above its weight.
- Shape our early marketing — messaging, outreach, content, whatever moves the needle. Experiment, measure, double down on what works.
Who you are
- A zero-to-one builder at heart. Ambiguity excites you; you'd rather write the playbook than follow one.
- Highly energetic — you bring momentum into the room (or onto the call), and people feel it.
- A natural communicator who can sell with honesty and listen with patience.
- Comfortable wearing many hats and switching between them in a single day.
- Hungry to grow with the company, not just clock in.
Experience is welcome, but we care more about drive, curiosity, and the ability to figure things out.
The deal
- Compensation: ₹20,000–₹50,000/month based on what you bring, plus performance incentives — the more you close, the more you earn.
- We're honest about where we are: early stage means less comfort but far more ownership. You'll have real influence over how this company gets built.
- It grows as we grow: full perks, facilities, and ESOPs for the people who help us get there. We want the early team to own a piece of what they build.
