Rental Plaza is looking for an IT Technician who can handle laptop, desktop, MacBook, printer, and accessory setup, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support for rental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories
- Perform system testing, checking, and quality verification
- Diagnose hardware and basic software issues
- Handle formatting, OS installation, driver installation, and software setup
- Manage data backup and system readiness before dispatch
- Check returned devices and update status accordingly
- Coordinate with inventory and operations team
- Handle basic repair coordination and troubleshooting
- Ensure devices are properly packed and ready for delivery
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Knowledge of Windows installation, drivers, and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of laptops, desktops, MacBooks, and printers
- Responsible and disciplined candidate required
- Ability to handle multiple systems efficiently

Experience:
1–3 years preferred
