Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment (internal and external hiring), HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes and daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment (Internal & External Hiring)
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external hiring.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and follow up for interview updates.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and documentation support.
2. HR Operations
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Assist in employee documentation, joining formalities, and file maintenance.
- Update employee records in HRMS / Excel trackers.
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
- Help in preparing HR reports (headcount, hiring status, attrition, etc.).
3. HR Administration
- Assist in maintaining employee files (physical and digital).
- Coordinate with vendors for office-related needs (stationery, ID cards, etc.).
- Support HR in maintaining compliance-related records.
- Assist in organizing training programs, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide general administrative support to HR department.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM / BBA / BA (HR) or related field.
