Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in ERP systems, preferably ERPNext or similar platforms. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, supporting ERP implementation, and coordinating with clients and development teams to deliver effective ERP solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the current business environment, workflow, and process flow of the client.
- Analyze customer business processes and identify suitable ERP-based solutions.
- Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams during ERPNext implementation.
- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and scope documents.
- Provide product demonstrations, user training, and guidance on best practices for utilizing ERPNext modules.
- Coordinate with the development team to communicate functional requirements and system improvements.
- Identify gaps in the software, report issues, and ensure solutions meet client specifications and business needs.
- Support ERP deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-Go-Live support.
- Ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Finance, and Accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with business stakeholders and global counterparts.
- Experience in ERP implementation, project coordination, or functional consulting roles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and client demonstrations.
