We are a premium luxury resort brand offering high-end stays, private villas, curated experiences, and corporate outings. We are expanding our sales team and looking for result-driven telesales professionals who can convert leads into bookings and long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote resort stays, memberships, and packages
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and maximize revenue generation
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about resort offerings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
- Follow up with leads regularly and close sales efficiently
- Coordinate with the on-ground sales and operations team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of telesales experience (mandatory)
- Background in life insurance, health insurance, credit card sales, or hospitality sales preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
- Fluent in English + Hindi (Kannada is an added advantage)
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
