We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform. The candidate will be responsible for configuration, user management, system maintenance, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure platform efficiency and business continuity.
Manage all aspects of Salesforce configuration including user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings. Maintain sandbox environments (Dev, UAT, Production) and manage metadata deployments using Change Sets or DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado). Configure Flows, validation rules, and assignment rules to support case management automation. Monitor system health, storage limits, and login patterns to ensure platform stability. Provide day-to-day user support and handle ticket resolution. Must hold Salesforce Administrator certification.
