:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
The role involves managing patient/customer queries, generating leads, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth communication experience that drives conversions and satisfaction
.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and respond to customer/patient inquiries professionally Make outbound calls for lead generation, follow-ups, appointment bookings, and conversions Provide accurate information about services, treatments, and pricing Maintain and update customer data in CRM/EMR systems Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates Coordinate with internal teams (front office, doctors, marketing) for smooth operations Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution Preferred candidate profile: Proven experience in call center /tele calling (inbound & outbound)Strong communication skills (English + Hindi + Telugu)Basic computer knowledge (CRM/EMR systems)Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Good listening, convincing, and problem-solving skills Preferred (Healthcare Industry):Experience in hospital/clinic call handling Knowledge of patient handling and appointment scheduling Key Skills: Communication & Interpersonal Skills Sales & Negotiation Customer Handling Time Management Data Entry & Reporting For More information
