We are hiring a Lab Technician to perform routine laboratory testing, process patient samples, operate laboratory analyzers, maintain quality standards, and ensure accurate reporting in compliance with NABL guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory investigations as per SOPs.
- Process and analyze patient samples accurately.
- Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers.
- Conduct IQC and participate in EQAS.
- Ensure NABL compliance and maintain laboratory documentation.
- Verify test results and generate reports using LIS.
- Maintain equipment, reagent inventory, and laboratory safety.
- Support audits and coordinate with the laboratory team.
Requirements
- DMLT/BMLT or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of diagnostic laboratory experience
- Knowledge of IQC, EQAS, NABL, LIS, and laboratory analyzers.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
Preferred
- Experience in NABL-accredited laboratories.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory automation, calibration, and instrument troubleshooting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
